Velvet Quill Communications is a minority-owned, woman-owned professional writing and documentation company founded in 2018, by a paralegal with an invaluable range of experience in the public and private sectors, ranging from the legal industry, of course, to military, government, and to insurance, just to name a few.
We deliver the “velvet touch” in technical writing, legal transcription, court reporting, and dispute resolution for businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.

As our CEOhas over 18 years of experience in the legal industry, every aspect of our work is infused with her paralegal background. As such, we’re not just writers, we are documenters. We use our combined talents and abilities to create impressive, well-designed documents to enhance readability of the words you need to get information to the right people.
Our team works remotely, providing services throughout the United States, and we are headquartered in NW Houston.
